New Management Is Terrible
April 11, 2025Bed bugs and roaches, constant water shutoffs, mailroom break-ins, irresponsible residents, ugly carpeting, unresponsive management. Pioneer Realty has turned this building into a zoo with their lack of care for the building and its residents. Do not move here.Review from Apartments.com

Excellent building
September 22, 2020I really enjoy living here. Building is quiet. The lobby is beautiful and people are very friendly. Management and maintenance team are top notch. Everything needed within walking distance and only a few blocks from the lake and promontory point.Review from Apartments.com
Great management!!!
March 19, 2019I've been living here for almost 3 years now. That's actually the longest I have lived in one apartment building. Most places raise rent too much and I do not want to stick around. The yearly increase is minimal at best. As for the management team, they are all friendly and great and I love to stop by and talk to them from time to time. Any time I have needed anything they are very accommodating. This is an older building and the apartments are fitting but you cannot beat these prices in ...Hyde Park!! The building is very quiet and peaceful. As far as the neighborhood, there is a lot to do in the area within walking distance and there is very easy access to public transportation.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
