About The Carriage House
The Carriage House is a quaint, clean, and well-maintained high-rise located on University Blvd., within walking distance of the University of Denver, Iliff School of Theology, and the Newman Center. Nearby are the University Park Light Rail station, churches, parks, access to I-25 and to shopping on Colorado Blvd., the #24 bus route, and a YMCA. School district includes University Hill Elementary, Merrill Middle School, and South High School. Each apartment at the Carriage House has a self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a balcony. A few select units also have fireplaces. Rentals include heat, hot water, air conditioning, and trash; tenants only pay for electricity and cable. Other amenities include the low-cost rental of a guest apartment for your overnight visitors, an indoor pool for year-round enjoyment, sauna, exercise room, billiards table, and community room with pool tables. Covered and uncovered parking is assigned; parking is extra. Sorry, no pets except with approved paperwork on assistance animals.
