Don't move here
August 27, 2023currently living here and it is messed up, they don't fix the ac giving you excuses and they don't care if you got kids. Our apartment is 85 degrees inside mind you during the hot summer. It is roach infested as well, no matter how clean you keep your apartment roaches don't go away. They don't spray for roaches like they should, they have maintenance do it and don't even spray the whole apartment. The manager is rude too. They opened up the pool a little to late and that same night one of the ...utility rooms caught fire right by our apartment building and because of that the pool is closed again. Neighbors would tell you to not move here. there has been multiple fires happen in different Neighbors apartments and I witnessed one of them fires. New Management is HORRIBLE!!! and they raise the rent
December 20, 2022Under new management and they are on a power trip. They had people's cars towed at the tenant's expense because they messed up the dates on the notice they sent out and then didn't update it. They are constantly shutting off the water and the air/heat and then acting like they didn't do it. The laundry rooms are constantly out of service. When you go to the office and ask to get info on the corporate office and they say not that you can't have the corporate # and when you look it up and find the ...website there's no corporate number there! you have to email them and they are out of colorado and they are so RUDE! There is new management
September 6, 2022I liked how old management was before now we have new management rent went high and is really bad in getting in contact with them for maintenance wise also there is roaches everywhere it isn’t fair that they are raising the rent for not having everything remodeled yet or fixed their is poop all over the street and side walk and hasn’t been cleaned yet. Perfect For Military
May 18, 2020I've lived here for over two years and have not had any issues. This apartment is very affordable and can help save you money. Its about a 15-20 minute drive to base. The apartment manager is very polite and always willing to assist in all your needs. They have a maintenance staff that is very proficient at their jobs. June 30, 2017I lived here for two years and i had a great experience. The landlord Mrs. Kathy is so sweet I just love her she is so understanding and will help you out if you need it. You can't beat the fact that all utilities are included except electric but that still is an amazing deal. The neighbors are great and it is very military friendly. Great location, we miss it!
June 30, 2017Hubs was stationed here and shared an apt with a friend. I came into the picture and we moved into our own unit. Kathy and her crew were great! The location was perfect with easy access to lots of places to eat, shop, and best of all work. Our master bedroom was huge with a great size closet, the pool was always clean and right outside our front door. Only downside was that walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors...........gettin' busy and they ended up with a bug problem that ...literally trickled down. June 30, 2017Totally love these apartments..i have a 2 bedroom and the rooms are huge. The refrigerated air keeps it nice and cool during the summer. Also there's a nice little patio with a storage on it which is really nice. I've lived here before and am glad the management and owner never changed. Safe, Quiet and Affordable!
June 28, 2017We just moved in over the weekend and we absolutely love it here! Everyone is friendly and Kathy is super helpful! We have lots of space for our two cats in our two bedroom, which they love! We had a problem with our garbage disposal leaking and it took less than 24 hours to have maintenance come in and fix it!
