When I moved in a year ago I couldn't have been happier or felt more blessed. Now it feels that concerns are ignored. I feel most of the issues could be resolved with simple communication. I am not sure at this point where the problem lies but I am concerned with the upkeep, security and the way things seem ignored again due to lack of communication. I don't want to add to the problem. I want to help. None of my requests have been addressed. It's been over 2 months on the security issues.

The move-in experience was the most seamless experience. The management and staff is amazing, very friendly, and very responsive to any needs. The place itself is brand new, has the best ammenties in the area and has all the modern appliances. The water pressure, AC, and Wifi are amazing. The community is also great. We toured 2 neighboring complexes and The Charles stood out due to its luxury feel, ammeneties, and super friendly staff.
