I love living here! It’s the perfect location for my job and my kids love it! My apartment is the cutest - it’s by far the best that I’ve lived in. It’s also a lot of bang for the buck. Thank you Joanna and the rest of the team for being awesome here.

I've had a great experience living at The Charleston Apartments. The management team is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any concerns. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. The location is perfect! It's close to all the main attractions. Overall, I highly recommend you come and at least tour the property and find out for yourself!

They advertise a fitness center that is nonexistent. The pool has not been opened in years. They never repair anything. You cannot contact them if you need them. The office is barely open. They advertise amenities that are not in the apartments. They make significant increases in the rent every year.
