Extreme noise
April 3, 20225 days a week, a garbage pickup truck stop by and make a ridiculous noise almost everyday around 3am. That and you can hear people screaming and making noise at the building right next to it (San Francisco Department of Public Health). I work from home so I spent few months everyday at this place, and not a moment of peace here 24/7. It was slightly cheaper then other similar buildings nearby, and you'll find out the reason for it in the first night.
