They enter apartments without any notice when tenants aren't home! Happened several of times. A lot of lies from management. High rent prices, No amenities, No washer dryer, Not worth it!

I wrote my original review under pressure on Nov 6th 2021 after only living there a few weeks. I have since moved out! This place is not well maintained and doesn't offer any amenities except a green slimy pool which people off the street come use. One washer/dryer for 88 units so make sure you buy your own! Rent increases 25% without any improvements, complex flooding as well! Not safe with domestic violence, drug activities and apartments smell like smoke. Don't pay for crap when you can live ...

better like I am now! Do your research on police reports here, ownership turnover and zero improvements before making a decision!!!!

OVERPRICED and FLOODED~

Apartments are run down old and dirty. Flooding all over and cops always have to come here. They claim to have "updated" apartments but they are cheaply updated. All are the same size and same layout. Management charging ridiculously crazy prices for a 1 bedroom no washer/dryer. Also parking lot over crowded,No amenities, just a dirty parking lot and landscape looks like a jungle. They claim to have termite control but apartments are infested with BUGS! This is a LOW END complex at RIP-OFF HIGH ...

I have nothing but good things to say about The Cloisters at 67th Ave. Darlene is amazing and made my application and move as easy as possible. The apartments are beautiful and huge for a 1 bedroom. They have started upgraded the apartments mine was already upgraded when I moved in and I cant even began to explain how beautiful its stainless steel appliances, new bathroom, paint, flooring!!! David the on site maintenance guy and Darlene did a wonderful job. As a single female I feel safe here ...

We couldn't be happier with our move to the conveniently located Cloisters at 67th. Darlene made the application and move in process as smooth as can be. The completely remodeled apartment has all the amenities we need with brand new appliances. A quiet neighborhood and short walk to the beach complete the list of reasons we chose the Cloisters at 67th!
