Worst property management ever!!!

I've resided here for over 10 years, & I lived it as well as the neighbors, office staff & 2 amazing maintenance guys! I was actually surprised at how well I liked it since I was from out of town & had had my own house my whole adult life! Well things have surely changed & It's not for the better! I've had major repairs needing attention for years! Mold, black & brown, & not just myself & my apartment, there are others because they've showed me or verbally said something, not to mention ...
EVERY YEAR since "this change occurred" about half or better of the units are without air it heat for a unreasonably long amount of time! Mine is usually down for over a month, I've actually had 2 rent hotels in the past because of a child with asthma!
