June 28, 2025I lived in this apartment for two years, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. Maintenance was a joke — even the smallest repairs took weeks, sometimes longer. The HVAC system was broken for months during extreme weather, and despite multiple complaints, it took over 4 months. I don’t want to talk about the staff, they literally scream you. The worst part came when I moved out. I was hit with over $400 in damage charges. They double-charged me for the same issue and even billed me for a ...couch that was already broken when I moved in. When I provided dated proof showing the damage was pre-existing, they conveniently claimed I never submitted a move-in report — a total lie. They simply lost the paperwork and used that as an excuse to push blame onto me. To make matters worse, their staff treated me like a delinquent, calling me weekly with aggressive and insulting language for the money. Completely unprofessional and borderline harassing. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place at all costs. They are disorganized, dishonest, and disrespectful to tenantsProperty Manager Responded

The clubhouse was great, but now is very very bad
October 3, 2024I had a terrible experience with Clubhouse Apartments. Their communication is completely unprofessional and disorganized. They don’t give you what you’re entitled to, and they seem more interested in exploiting you than providing a good service. The place was dirty, and it’s clear they don’t care about cleanliness. On top of that, they forced unnecessary charges on me and took advantage of the situation. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Avoid it at all costs.Property Manager Responded

March 26, 2024Nothing good on this property. I have been 2 years, asking for new couch. Then Ac get broken every month. If you look the property, I really feel like I am living in a trash can, nobody cleans it. December 28, 2023It has been terrible. Our unit requires so many maintenance but they show no interest on repairing it instead cancels the request when submit one. Our smoke detector has been beeping for whole 4 months but they has not been repaired at all. The TV in the living room is just for show. The plug has been damaged the day we moved in but has not been repaired. I don't understand what kind of inspection they do. Can't forget being pumbler to repair my bathroom sink.Property Manager Responded
