About The Co-Op at the Med Center
Welcome home to The Co-Op at The Med Center in Houston, TX. We are located in the heart of Texas Medical Center with a plethora of universities nearby. Our prime location provides shopping, dining, and entertainment right around the corner. We are proud to offer our studio and two bedroom apartment homes for rent with eight floor plans. Each apartment home comes standard with an all-electric kitchen, pantry, all inclusive utilities, and furnishings available. Select homes include disability access, a wood burning fireplace, and patios. Our beautiful gated community offers multiple grilling stations for you to use at your disposal. Burn energy outdoors with a game of basketball, sand volleyball, corn hole, or even indoors in our state-of-the-art fitness center, and relax after in the heated spa. We love pets, so take your furry pets to our bark park, utilize our pet waste stations, and stop in at our office on your way back for a free pet treat.
