I used to live here for 6years+ at 3954 ursula ave. It is the worst management ever! You wonder why it is cheap! Because of the management and neighborhood. It takes forever to get then to do maintenance. They have installed cameras everywhere. They are gentrifying the building without considering the tenants that have years living in the same building! The office is 3954 is a joke, and they treated me like if I was below them.

this is a nasty Disgusting place for living the property management never take care issues .. water leaks on the parking lots, fleas, roaches, trash inside and outside the property, cutting water service with out previous notice,

This is the worst apartment complex ive ever lived in. The gates are always broken so anyone can just walk in. They change property managers at least once every year. The manager does not speak english and the property manager doesn't let you speak to her. No one is helpful. There are no parking spaces available anywhere. Never move to this neighborhood. Pay the extra $100 bucks its worth not being harassed every day.
