November 28, 2025The management staff are not great to work with...the maintenance is sub par. You have to place multiple requests to get something done and sometimes takes months. They are not professional and not even the corporate office. I've had to take them to court and then they want to retaliate for the lack of upkeep. Someone should not have a rat problem go 6 months, a roach problem, water leaks and mold.....the state needs to step in and investigate all the apartments, the quality of the living ...areas, review pictures and issues that residents are living with.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 26, 2025I like it here, mgmt is good, maintenance is good, the buildings are generally pretty quiet. Its a really convenient location. Paid parking is available but street parking is generally not an issue.Property Manager Responded

October 2, 2025Everything needs upgrading, especially the bathrooms. Maintenance only does quick fixes that seemingly “save money” for the management company, but NEED to do better repairs that last instead. What are we paying for other than living in a place that falls apart all the time?Property Manager Responded

October 1, 2025Good location, great view from the 3rd floor, this corner of Robinson and Grace are INCREDIBLY loud and noisy with very little sound suppression inside, and the "valet" trash service is one of the worst trash rules/systems that I've ever encountered in a rental building. It is absolutely disgusting that trash is encouraged to buildup in the stairs, it smells so bad, attracts all kinds of bugs (particularly flies), and we have no other option to properly and hygienically dispose of our own trash ...and recycling.Property Manager Responded

July 16, 2025I really love the neighborhood and the apartment itself. I believe that whoever renovated the building did a very good job of keeping the vintage feeling of the apartment while still focusing on upgrading the necessities. However, I do have a problem with the maintenance of the apartment. Two things are already wrong within the apartment and I have not received any information on when those things will be fixed.Property Manager Responded

June 11, 2025The apartment location cant be beat. The washer/dryer is very teeny. dishwasher, garbage disposal and trash pick up is great. The A/C has been nothing but problematic since moving in, if it does work in between breaking, it doesn't get cooler than 74 degrees which is not good when having health issues in the heat, being dizzy and having black outs and having to pay extra money for windows units. The parking situation isn't great and $50 a month extra for parking behind back should be included, ...especially for handicapped residents. besides that, I really love the neighborhood.Property Manager Responded
