My roommate and I have lived here for one year, and will both be moving out. Staff has been okay, not always the most helpful. Really only nice when showing other people properties. The price that you pay here is not worth it in my opinion. Security is barely around, alarms go off randomly at all hours (including while asleep), you can hear your neighbors walking and just making noise all day, and honestly the grounds weren’t really kept up that well. cleaned the carpets, once, which means the hallways smelled like dog pee for a year. Idk I just feel like for the luxury feel that you pay for here could be more worthwhile elsewhere. I will say though that the maintenance is on their stuff
