A really wonderful place to live!
September 28, 2020The Commons was a really wonderful place to live. The units are really well taken care of, spacious, and modern. The property manager and maintenance staff were so kind and very professional. The location was just right. If I wouldn't have moved out of the area I would still be living here. THE MOST WONDERFUL APARTMENTS!!
March 2, 2020THIS IS THE BEST COMPLEX IN THE AREA!! If you’re looking for an extremely clean, modern, quiet, smoke-free apartment then this is the place for you. I lived here for three years and have loved every minute. The overall price is extremely affordable. The only reason I’m moving is that I’m getting married and my fiancé and I are in the process of starting to build a house out of town- otherwise we would both live here. The apartment housing mainly consists of singles, couples, and small families. ...Rachel and Fred (management and maintenance) were always so friendly and kind. They answered my questions very promptly. Fred even fixed my own dryer the week of Thanksgiving one year and Rachel has always been very present, checking on me if I ever needed anything. The location of the complex is within walking distance to a coffee shop- which is HUGE for this coffee lover! It’s also a quick 5 min drive to the grocery and several restaurants. Great place to call home
June 13, 2017We would still be living here if I didn't have to relocate, great apartment complex, very clean very quiet, neighbors are great, grounds are clean. The Property manager Rachel is awesome and took care of anything I ever needed! Highly recommended, if looking for a nice place in southern Indiana.Property Manager Responded

For College Kids.
October 21, 2015Solely targets college students. Apartment complex is almost ran like a college dorm. No physical administration on-site. Rent checks have to be mailed in to an office in Louisville. Because there are no staff on hand, the grounds are a mess; trash everywhere. There are also loose nails all over the grounds and decks. Had a number of issues with the apartment upon move in. There were broken light fixtures and electrical outlets, also in no way had it been cleaned. No facilities or pool. One of ...the most expensive apartments in S. Indiana. Might be good for college age people with roommates, but terrible for young professionals or families.Property Manager Responded
March 27, 2018Thank you for your review. As the current property manager, we take much pride in keeping our property clean on the outside as well as the inside. We now have multiple options as far as paying rent goes. There is a way for residents to pay on-site, a nearby office off-site to pay, and there is also an online payment system currently in the works. We are not associated with the University, and currently have a community of all ages. I apologize for the experience you had moving into your apartment. Unfortunately I cannot take back this previous experience you had as I was not there at the time, but if you need anything in the future- please feel free to reach out to us.
