Highly recommend this quiet fourplex

The Commons at Federal Way is a great place to live. From the office staff who recognize me by face and name from the moment I moved in (at the end of June). They are helpful with everything that is needed. The maintenance staff is very professional and respond in a timely manner (when my water heater went out and I put in a request during the night they responded to fix it the next morning). There is valet trash service that collect trash five nights a week, professional landscapers that respond ...
and maintain all the lands even when storms take down trees. Being a fourplex it is very quiet with a backyard of woods. There is direct access to the BPA trail. Being a one bedroom I have looked at many that feel crowded and closed off with lots of rough edges. This place has a circular floor plan that makes it feel really spacious. The way that the buildings are oriented it makes it feel like it isn't an apartment complex even though there is a building right next to my building.

Not Common

The Commons at Federal Way is definitely not common, and I mean that in a good way. The office management and maintenance staff is great - really friendly, helpful, and responsive to all needs. Maintenance requests are normally addressed the same day. Landscaping is well-maintained each week, which causes the complex to stand out amongst the neighboring three apartment complexes. The whole complex has a neighborhood feel given the Garden type unit apartments and the amount of resident's walking ...
their dogs around. Really beautiful oasis in the midst of the many apartment complexes in and around Federal Way.
