January 22, 2026Over my lifetime I have lived in 4 different states and as many apartment complexes. I can honestly say that The Compass in Richmond, VA has been the most rewarding experience so far. The residents are all friendly and helpful. I think of the other people living near me as my neighbors and the floor as our neighborhood. The staff, no matter your personal crisis, are courteous & knowledgeable while being efficient. They all present as willing to be helpful in answering questions and are never ...too busy to attend to your needs, which made me feel relaxed and confident after I moved in.
