Living here six months now and moving out. Needed to wait six months, otherwise you don't get part of deposit back. Manager always charges $200 for cleaning carpet and painting, doesn't matter how the carpet and walls dirty are, he always takes it. The biggest problem here are neighbours, they always find something to complain about to a manager. For example if you are a pacient and doctor recommends you to use marijuana medicine, don't move here, neighbours going to complain and manager will ...
not want to use it. Another thing are the gardeners. Twice, sometimes three times a month they working outside around 8-9 am and are very noicy, couple hours. After while you start hate it. Trash removal and sewer are not included in rent. We found a new apartment in one day and we needed to choose. There are so many more around.
