Small apartment complex that is well managed
September 11, 2025Prior to moving out in Aug 2025, we rented here for 11 years. It was a great place to live. The shared space was well maintained. We used the shared pool and BBQ grill regularly. The apartment manager and maintenance staff were quick to address issues in our rental. The neighbors were friendly because it was a relatively small complex. Truly Felt Like Home
April 25, 2025I lived at The Court Apartments for 10 wonderful years, and leaving was one of the hardest decisions we had to make. We only moved because our family grew and we needed more space — otherwise, we would have stayed forever! From the very beginning, we loved the community and the area. It always felt so safe, peaceful, and welcoming. Management (Sanela & Sam) are truly exceptional — any time we had a maintenance request or concern, they responded quickly and resolved it right away. They truly ...cared about the residents, and over time, they felt more like family than just management. Finding a place that genuinely feels like home isn't easy, but The Court Apartments gave us that and so much more. We are so grateful for all the memories we made here and will always look back at our time with so much love and appreciation. If you’re considering living here — don’t hesitate. Lived 5+ Years, Loved Our Stay
December 21, 2023Lived here for over 5 years and enjoyed our stay. Sad to have moved but highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and affordable apartment community. If I'm ever in need of an apartment in Santa Clara, I would reapply in a heartbeat. Location is great and safe. Love the landscaping, it's beautiful and well kept. Wish I could give 0 stars
November 23, 2023I feel as though I only need to say one thing to indicate my time at The Court: The landlords insisted on showing my apartment the day I was forced to move out and break my lease due to a tragedy. There’s no humanity in this management. Also, don’t expect to get your security back even with a deep cleaning of the unit.Property Manager Responded

Loved my time here
October 15, 2023I rented here for 2 years and really enjoyed living here. Property managers were always on top of things and provided a wonderful place to live. Highly Recommended
November 8, 2022I was a resident from June 2018 - October 2022 and greatly enjoyed my time at the Court Apartments. The community is quiet and safe. I never had any issues with packages that were left outside my door and neighbors were polite. I was treated with nothing but professionalism and respect by Sanela (the property manager) during my stay there. Issues were quickly addressed and my concerns were always taken seriously. August 11, 2022My husband and I have lived at the Court Apartments for 3 years and have enjoyed our tenancy the entire time. If we were staying in Santa Clara we would definitely continue renting here. We are only moving due to work. The community is very quiet and pleasant and the property is maintained in great condition. The property manager is wonderful -- always on top of things, quick to respond, timely in addressing questions, and takes good care of residents and the community. We returned after 10 years
April 20, 2022My wife and I lived here over 10 years ago before we purchased our home. We recently did a remodel and needed a place to stay temporarily for 6 months. After searching high and low...we ended up back at the same place we were originally. It was the best deal out there. The place is peaceful, has a washer/dryer in the unit and the property managers are excellent. I'd recommend for anyone to check this place out no matter what stage you are in your life. Great place with good management and maintenance
June 20, 2021I lived at The Courts for five years and would still be living there if I hadn't purchased a home. Having a washer/dryer in the unit is a huge benefit that many other properties do not offer. Great experience living in this apartment community for almost a decade!
April 13, 2021The Court was our cozy home for almost 10 years, before becoming homeowners just recently. Our family lived here for so long because it is really a great place to live, and management takes care of us very well. The apartment complex has always been clean, peaceful, and safe, throughout the years. The pool and outdoor patio are great additions, and we have enjoyed swimming in the pool during hot days. It is also a great location to be in, as the surrounding community is also safe and quiet. We ...have also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, and hanging out at the nearby parks. It is also very close to stores, groceries, malls, and other attractions in the area. We are particularly very appreciative of the management team of the Court. Sanela and Sam have been doing a great job, and they are very consistent in delivering excellent service to us throughout the years. They are very accomodating and easy to contact whenever we have questions, and when we send maintenance requests. They have always responded swiftly to our requests, and make sure that service is done in a timely and proper fashion.
