About The Cove
The Cove at Coastal Carolina is a beautiful student housing community that offers spacious 2 bedroom and 4 bedroom apartment homes. Each apartment home comes with private bedrooms and bathrooms, flat screen TVs in the living area, ensuite washer and dryers, high speed internet and much more. We want your college student to be successful throughout their career at Coastal Carolina University or Horry Georgetown Technical College. They need a good foundation and support to gain this success. At The Cove, we want to help support their productivity by giving them a fully equipped computer lab and individual study rooms at their fingertips. We want to keep them healthy with an on-site state-of-the-art fitness center. The Cove meets every need that your student will have while in college so they can achieve what they came here for in an enjoyable atmosphere.

A homeless shelter is a better option

If I could leave negative Stars I would. Their emergency line is a joke, there is no sophisticated roommate matching system, and the grounds are dirty. When my apartment flooded I was told it was my problem, the door handle broke off inside my apartment and I was trapped. I had to crawl out of the window in order to leave my apartment. I called their emergency line for an hour straight only for the line to say that they are not taking calls at this time. There's no security or safety on these ...

They do not have working cameras anywhere, I've had to call the cops multiple times due to domestic violence that I was witnessing, I even witnessed a kidnapping but no cameras were on the grounds in order to help locate that female. My dog was attacked by an off leash multiple offender, he was never fine, never face any sort of consequences, and I was even blamed for the dog gate at their little dog park they offer failing. Stay far away from this place, a homeless shelter is better than living here.
