Pass on this complex

I have been a resident of The crossing for 7 months. When I visited this community I was sold on the amenities. The community having two pools was a huge plus for me . The unit I chose was said to be updated and the complex is in an ideal location.
The pool situation is very disappointing it’s July 1st and neither pool is opened and there is no anticipated opening date. I spoke with a resident of 5 years and they said the pool has never opened on time.

a Marajuana addendum as part of the lease. I have a neighbor that smokes a lot of Marajuana daily. I have brought this issue to management over the last 4 months and there hasn’t been a resolution.
My a/c unit went out in my unit and I requested maintenance 5 times and they were unable to fix it. It took over a month and many visits to the front office to get the unit fixed. If I had to choose an apartment complex over again this wouldn’t be it.
