It's good community to live.Maintance service is is easy.and gets any time.I suggest this is so good option for those who are looking for a good apartment. Moreover we get access to Harris teeter Pauline mall Indian grocery store and it is near to my school too., Calm and friendly atmosphere. I love very much to live here.

Its fine. People are getting louder and rowdier so this isn’t the apartment complex I moved into in 2021. The leasing community is actually 100% better than it was when we first moved here, I commend their efforts. It must be hard having residents who throw a literal dirty 30 thats so disgusting it closes our pool down for cleaning.

I have been here for 2 years. This apartment location is great for me. The grounds are well maintained and the pool (salt water) is a great place for my son and me. They have a grill at the pool that is easy to use. The residents are nice and respectful. The leasing staff is always friendly (Stephnie especially). I would recommend these apartments to any and everyone.

Been here for almost 3 years. The area is still quiet for the most part. Alot of tenants come and go, so it depends on the company they keep. The grounds are kept clean, except for when the trash compactor is out of service, and trash is left spilling out into the drop off area. I understand things break down, but it's definitely eyesore since it's at the entrance to the community. Hopefully the presence of someone in the leasing office has gotten better. I haven't needed to contact them on ...

Time here has been great, all issues I've had have been addressed in a timely manner front office staff are kind and courteous. Neighbors in my building are respectful, wish we could have more visitors at the pool. But all in all a great place to live

When I first moved in, everything was good. As the year went on, there was a lack of communication from the leasing office regarding some maintenance issues. One major issue was that the a/c went out the first week of July (hottest time of year on top of a heat advisory), it roughly took 9 days to repair (not replace). Maintenance did provide one portable a/c, however with being on the third floor, the apartment was too hot to stay in because it could never cool down even with the portable a/c. I ...
relayed that information to both maintenance and leasing office but there was nothing else to be done. I did receive some compensation for not having a/c, but that was after trying to speak with the leasing office after multiple times and requesting it. The leasing office does communicate very well about the pool and events happening but there could be overall better communication when it comes to responding back to residents in a timely manner and maintenance needs.

The appartment even community is good . Maintenance
Service is also good.
Rent is little high. But it is near to my work place so I choose this one .The floor and other wooden work's are old.
I've been very happy at Quail Hollow Crossings. Office staff are always friendly & helpful. Maintenance requests are quick to respond. I would like to see the entrances to apartments pressure washed. Would be a great improve

There's renovated units in the community for the same price I'm paying yet I have old yellow wood floors and barely working air. The office ladies don't answer phone calls and the office doors are always locked. Maintenance on the other hand is wonderful, and I like how quiet the community is and how close it is to lots of things. I don't get why we pay so much for a trash compactor that doesn't work when you can pay the same for valet trash somewhere else.

I would love to give four stars; however, I just wish someone would contact the Post Office and fix the mailboxes. Five stars would be entered if only we as tenant would keep put the garbage in the right place. I have no other issues. This is a good place to live and very convenient to stores and transportation.
