Full of algae and gunk, all we need are some fish.

Management does nothing when people decide to park in the middle of the parking lot (not a parking spot) right behind other people’s cars causing them to not leave. They will literally parking behind other residents for hours sometimes all day. If you decide to rent here, just hope you don’t have any emergencies because you will not be able to leave and get out of your parking spot and management does not care.

Palm trees falling down and left on ground, palm fronds all over property, maintenance never repairs anything. Management never in office. Just a poor excuse for a high cost place... Better options elsewhere.

I just moved in a month ago and I have had so many troubles with this apartment. 1. My toilet has been leaking water since I moved in and has not been fixed. 2.There is mold everywhere in the apartment and they have not done anything about it. 3. The maintenance man broke my window to get into my apartment to look at the water leaking from my toilet while I was at work, the office should have a key, but instead he broke my window. My window nor my toilet have been fixed. I have addressed these ...
issues to the manager and the maintenance man and still nothing has been done, and this is my first month living here. I do not recommend these apartments!
