Application Expenses Outrageous!
November 15, 2014These people claim that they need $300 PER PERSON for NON-REFUNDABLE background check fees in addition to apartment reservation fees and office/application fees. First I filled out an application and emailed it to them, THEN they hand wrote OUTRAGEOUS numbers and sent it back to me for a signature. I would have been in line to get a 2 bedroom apartment right away but we're retired and can not afford to throw away $600.00. It only costs $25 to do a COMPLETE background check per person.Review from Apartments.com
