We invite you to come and live in this historic 1930's-era Art Deco building which once had Lyndon B. Johnson, Speaker Sam Rayburn and maybe even Elvis Presley as guests. The Del Mont building has been completely renovated with seven beautiful lofts, each with its own distinctive design incorporating elements from the 20th century. The bright lobby floors are original terrazzo and the lobby's high ceiling immediately provide a feel of elegance. Open living, dining and kitchen areas in the lofts are complimented by high ceilings and a spacious feel. The bathrooms are contemporary in style and the kitchens have custom cabinets with ceiling-high cabinets, granite counters and new appliances. It is freshly painted and has ceramic tile throughout. A state-of-the-art security system with an intercom via your mobile phone allows you to see who is ringing your doorbell. You can let your guests in from the comfort of your home by using your phone.
