March 25, 2025A beautiful historic building just a short walk from the Seattle Center and Space Needle. Spacious units, large windows, and an incredible walk score. I love it here. Highly recommend!Review from Apartments.com
Seriously do not live here
March 15, 2022If I could leave less stars I would. The owners are irresponsible, manipulative, and can’t seem to hold any staff members. I had complaints piled up while I lived there with no maintenance team to fix them. There was gray water rationing into my apartment for months from the unit above me and they never even apologized for the unsanitary conditions. I was told multiple times I’d be getting my full deposit back even though I left early because I was able to find a tenant to sign an ongoing lease ...(not just take over mine, but sign a full year). And what would you know: I received a bill today for reasons that are half heartedly explained and a form with “my signature” that was clearly done on docusign and I have no recollection of signing. I have never been so screwed over by a landlord. It’s the definition of sleezy. Do not live here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
