      The new owner fully renovated the building and I’ve enjoyed living here since 2024. Rob and the on-site team are great. The building feels safe and secure with them here, and the neighborhood has so many amenities.

      I lived there in the summer of 2023 till summer 2025 and overall it was great. There are new owners and they've been slowly renovating the apartment. It's an old building so don't expect everything to be perfect, but for the location and amenities, the rent is pretty fair

      Worst building to live in the property manager is one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life . I cannot find fresh properties managements phone number to complain it's no where to be found I hate these people so much because they are liars ..       Locust Street Loft Apartments in St. Louis are wonderful. The leasing and maintenance staff are super friendly, helpful, and most accommodating.       I've been here for almost a year & it started off well. But after a while the manager started accusing my dogs of doing things, which they weren't. Which they're also other dogs on the floor that I stay on. I also am offended that she stated something about the clothes that I wear, & it's also the summer time which means it's 80 plus in St. Louis.
