Best place I've lived at
July 28, 2024Edson House is a perfect place to live. It has great amenities, friendly people, and it's located in downtown Oakland. The staff here are some of the most hospitable people I've ever encountered. Sarah and Jacarre helped me with everything from making sure I'm able to apply (I'm international) to giving me a tour of the apartment when they were in a regional meeting (sorry guys!) Shout out the the property managers!! (And the building is beautiful too)
July 28, 2024I have been living here for three months now and I absolutely love it! I have to give major props to our building managers, Sarah and Jacarre, for always going above and beyond for their residents and community. Because of them, I’ve never been happier in a living situation and the kind of care and attention they paid to me DID NOT go unnoticed. They are professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable on all of the little things I would have never thought of. As for the building itself, it’s an ...absolute dream. It’s centrally located but not right in downtown so it’s quiet and peaceful. The building managers keep it spotless—they clean it 5 days a week. The amenities are great (rooftop, gym, arcade, coworking spaces, etc) and the units themselves are gorgeous. They super modern, have in unit laundry, central air, wired wifi, huge fridges, gas stove, balconies, walk in closets, huge vanity bathrooms and literally so much more. I really have been enjoying my time living here and really recommend it to everyone I know!Property Manager Responded
