The Ice Cream Social that was held a couple of weeks ago was great! Lacy provided us with 6 different flavors to choose from, including rainbow sherbert and lots of toppings & Whipped cream too! It was a very nice day as well. Thank you!

This is an amazing apartment community with affordable pricing! Washer and dryer included in all the homes and its nice location. Management is responsive and actually care about the residents!!!! ANISE has been a blessing for this community and making sure it is well maintained.

Edson House is a perfect place to live. It has great amenities, friendly people, and it's located in downtown Oakland. The staff here are some of the most hospitable people I've ever encountered. Sarah and Jacarre helped me with everything from making sure I'm able to apply (I'm international) to giving me a tour of the apartment when they were in a regional meeting (sorry guys!) I really recommend this place!

I have been living here for three months now and I absolutely love it! I have to give major props to our building managers, Sarah and Jacarre, for always going above and beyond for their residents and community. Because of them, I’ve never been happier in a living situation and the kind of care and attention they paid to me DID NOT go unnoticed. They are professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable on all of the little things I would have never thought of. As for the building itself, it’s an ...

absolute dream. It’s centrally located but not right in downtown so it’s quiet and peaceful. The building managers keep it spotless—they clean it 5 days a week. The amenities are great (rooftop, gym, arcade, coworking spaces, etc) and the units themselves are gorgeous. They super modern, have in unit laundry, central air, wired wifi, huge fridges, gas stove, balconies, walk in closets, huge vanity bathrooms and literally so much more. I really have been enjoying my time living here and really recommend it to everyone I know!

Love living here! It's conveniently located to everything including 580 and 880 highways. Transportation limited, plenty of grocery spots within 10 min walk, along with good eats. Just renewed for another year, so happy to call Edson House Home away from Home!

I have a deep affection for this location. However, I find the price to be a bit high, but the level of customer service provided is exceptional.
