Renters Reviews and Ratings
Nice property!
August 16, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comGreat experience so far, great management team with a lot of care and effort showed towards keeping the building in good shape. Small bug problem but everytime it is reported pest control is right there within an excellent time frame.
Great apartment complex!
August 15, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThese apartments are amazing, especially if you're on a budget! I have a one bedroom at this complex, and it's updated, modern, and the floor plan is spacious. The leasing office was so helpful with the application and move in process, and continue to answer questions promptly. I would recommend this complex to any close friend :)
Affordable and cozy
August 4, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve lived here for a year. Any problems I had maintenance wise were always fixed on time. Management is very helpful and friendly. A pretty spacious apartment for the cheap price. Very close to campus which is great.
Good location, decent price
July 23, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThis is a good place to live on a budget in Denton. The location is great, it’s less than 5 minutes from UNT, fry ST, and University Dr, it’s also less than 10 minutes from the square so it’s really convenient. The price is decent for the quality of space you’re getting. It’s nothing fancy but it’s comfy and the staff is very responsive to all my texts and emails.
If You’re Desperate
May 1, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comA ok apartment if you need somewhere to live if you aren’t worried about having bugs in your apartment, 1 maintenance person that is rude and does not answer all the time, worried about being in a sketchy area, or living in a dark apartment with 2 windows. would not recommend to most people.
5 Top Complaints About This Property!!
May 30, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comJust a couple of things about this apartment complex: The management consists of ONE lady. That's it. And she can take a while to get back to you, even if it's an emergency. 2) The bugs are horrible! Pest control comes about once a month, but we had to buy extra roach spray, and they still aren't gone! 3)There are many problems that maintenance hasn't fixed. We didn't even have a closet pole when we moved in. We had to go buy our own! And the toilet wasn't flushing for the first few months! 4) ...There are only 3 washer and dryer units on site, but they are really outdated. They cost $1.50 to wash, and $1.00 to dry, but they work only half the time! So go ahead and plan on taking weekly trips to the laundromat if you want to clean your clothes! 5) The communication between the management and us was horrible. The lady told us our rent payment was late, and she didn't get back to us until three days later just to tell us that we owed nearly $650! All of the payments are done through a third-party website, so be sure to keep all of your receipts in case there is an issue like this that we had to deal with! Overall, my experience here was horrible. The roaches, maintenance issues, washing defects, and the management combined make this apartment awful to live in. Save your time and search for a better fit place!Read More
TERRIBLE
June 22, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comLived here for a year. The bugs are out of control, and we are not talking small ones we are talking about 2 inch roaches making daily appearances!! I contacted the properties management about the issue several times with video and photo evidence, and she once nonchalantly said those are "outside water bugs that got lost..." WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN. My roof is leaking in my kitchen and has been for over a week now, which looks like it will cause major damage to the apartments structure, but ...there does not seem to be any urgency to have it fixed from the management. I was also blindly tricked into staying here another month with no way of getting out of it without having to pay extra... I would keep looking if I were you.Read More
Not very good.
September 9, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comStayed here for a year and you really don't get much for what you pay (which is not much) management is never around. Work orders go weeks without fixes. Sketchy neighborhood. They will charge you for every little thing when you move out. If you are cheap and desperate it will work. If not keep looking.
