There are only 3 washer and dryer units on site, but they are really outdated. They cost $1.50 to wash, and $1.00 to dry, but they work only half the time! So go ahead and plan on taking weekly trips to the laundromat if you want to clean your clothes! 5) The communication between the management and us was horrible. The lady told us our rent payment was late, and she didn't get back to us until three days later just to tell us that we owed nearly $650! All of the payments are done through a third-party website, so be sure to keep all of your receipts in case there is an issue like this that we had to deal with! Overall, my experience here was horrible. The roaches, maintenance issues, washing defects, and the management combined make this apartment awful to live in. Save your time and search for a better fit place!

there does not seem to be any urgency to have it fixed from the management. I was also blindly tricked into staying here another month with no way of getting out of it without having to pay extra... I would keep looking if I were you.
