I shouldn’t have to be stressed every day about which amenity the apartment complex is going to withhold from me that week. An apartment complex is supposed to work with its residents, not blame every issue on them.
The trash compactor is broken because the residents piled their trash up on top of the compactor? Where was maintenance to MAINTAIN the area? Maintenance barely does anything around here. Bare minimum effort from the staff. The residents should be expected to uphold the community

Don’t even think you’ll be having a fun summer at the pool here. Every time it rains, the office shuts this amenity down for days on end with little to no explanation. If they do provide an explanation, they typically blame the residents for “overuse” of the pool which led to an offset in the pool water's chemical balance. Or, they blame the closure on the abundance of trash that’s been left in the surrounding pool area. But, they won’t solve that problem by simply ordering more trash cans. Rather, they expect all residents to use one tiny trash can for the ENTIRE WEEKEND. No wonder it overflows. We’ve had to start bringing our own trash containers to the pool in slim hopes it will prevent the pool from closing the following week.
It’s disgusting how this place treats their residents. It’s unlawful to withhold amenities to the residents who PAY (a lot) to use them. Don’t live here. Save your sanity and go somewhere with better management, better maintenance staff, and better morals.
