November 26, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comRoach infested, management is new they are working on cleaning things up but it’s going to take them a long time and a lot of work. If you have the patience and need this type of affordability then I guess it won’t hurt.

At night you hear gunshots, people screaming at 3am, cars revving their engines, music bumping as loud as possible. There are homeless living on the street outside that come in the complex when the gates open. The apartments smell like cigarette, floors are scratched, walls have layer upon layers of paint, the water heaters look like they're from Reagan's time, the windows do not block the cold.
