January 9, 2022I called around for 3 days to different apt complexes and no luck, then I called the Edge Apts and spoke to Mr. Miller, he was patient, kind, and very informative, my daughter will be new to the area and he made me feel really good about her moving there and of course, he went over everything I needed to know about The Edge Apartment. Love the place
July 8, 2020I visited several properties in the area. Ranging from luxury style living to rent by owners. One of the primary reasons that made me decide to move here was Richard and Valerie. They were very clear and honest. Many other places failed to let me know about fees. They are both very kind and helpful. I'm very detailed and ask lots of questions, they were extremely capable and patient. I could have rented somewhere else but I wanted to live somewhere where the people who manage the property have ...high integrityand willing to go above and beyond. That is exactly what I found. The property is new and very clean. Well kept. In a very central area that would allow me to walk to stores or parks. Richard has been very kind and helpful every step of the way. Five star property
February 24, 2020The Edge Apartment complex is hands down best in the area for price, amenities and location. The office staff, Kelly and Diane, are well informed, professional and very friendly. The amenities are second to none. With a work out area with state of the art equipment, beautiful pool, spacious clubhouse, grill area, fire pit, car wash, doggy wash station and ping pong table make for lots to keep you busy. They offer free self-serv car wash for one year. The apartments are beautiful and modern but ...comfortable. The grounds are lushly landscaped with lots of palms in the pool area to give you the illusion of being on a tropical island. Location of The Edge Apartments makes for shopping, grabbing a bite to eat, getting to the beach or needing to access I-75 convenient and minutes away.Property Manager Responded
