November 16, 2024The staff is amazing. Environment is about as safe as it can be for living in Memphis and the complex has a security service which adds to feeling safe. Apartments are older, so they come with older apartment quirks, but they are built solid and quiet.Property Manager Responded

October 22, 2024The front office and maintenance are like family to me. They're very active in community which makes this place feel like a real community. September 29, 2024Chose the Edge of Germantown without physically checking out the community, but I was pleasantly surprised when I moved in! Quiet and safe neighborhood. Shelby has been super helpful in the move in and with any questions or help needed! The super is on top of helping fix small issues we had. Overall loving our stay here. Enjoy taking a walk around the community, or relaxing in the balcony in the evenings. The houses itself are spacious, and cozy. Germantown is great, Kroger and Trader Joe’s along ...with all shopping complexes nearby, this is an excellent apartment.Property Manager Responded

September 15, 2024The Edge of Germantown has been my home for the last 3 years, and I would recommend it to anyone! The location is great, I feel safe in my area and its convenient to retail and restaurants. The maintenance and staff are always on top of it and so friendly! The amenities are well kept. I’ve not had any issues with neighbors or noise. Overall, it’s been a great experience and I plan to keep on living here as it seems fit.Property Manager Responded
