Walls need painting Admin tells me the walls have been "professionally painted" but I have plenty of photo evidence that is not the case. Maybe the painter lied or did a crappy job? I don't k know but the apartment unit looks unkept. Mind you, it is not as bad as the outside common area hallways. Those look like they have not been painted washed in ages. Also, my balcony door is not sealing properly but admin says it is. I'm hoping my apartment's issues are fixed before Saturday, when Im going to ...

Friendly, informative, but property needs maintenance. The people were nice and friendly and informative. The office, gym and pool look very nice. It’s when you look the rest of the common areas, like the hallways, and pay attention to the details. The property needs paint. The units are nice.
