    Friendly, informative, but property needs maintenance. The people were nice and friendly and informative. The office, gym and pool look very nice. It’s when you look the rest of the common areas, like the hallways, and pay attention to the details. The property needs paint. The units are nice.

  • Bad experience

    Elevator in my building has been broken for 6 weeks, I live in a third floor apartment. The elevator was broken when I moved in, but was told it was fixed. The day before my move was scheduled I picked up keys, most apartments do a walkthrough at move in, not here, obviously because they didn’t want to be with me when I saw that the elevator was not working. I immediately returned to the office to ask about elevator and they were gone. I think I was played big time! They don’t return e-mails or ...
    phone calls. They make promises they don’t keep, once they get your money that’s it, they got what they want and don’t care about anything else. They will probably comment on this saying to contact them but they don’t answer back. They deserve no stars
