I am always kept updated of events and any little issue we might have. I say little because they resolve those in a timely manner. Surveillance by the Sheriff when you least expect it lol! Which is very very good. I have good neighbors - thank God! It has been worth my time and money. I am grateful for this team and the ...hard work they pour on a daily basis. April 15, 2026Walls need painting Admin tells me the walls have been "professionally painted" but I have plenty of photo evidence that is not the case. Maybe the painter lied or did a crappy job? I don't k know but the apartment unit looks unkept. Mind you, it is not as bad as the outside common area hallways. Those look like they have not been painted washed in ages. Also, my balcony door is not sealing properly but admin says it is. I'm hoping my apartment's issues are fixed before Saturday, when Im going to ...start moving stuff in.Property Manager Responded
