Great building and responsive management. The Element 903 offers a lot of great options for students looking for affordable leasing options. If you don't have furniture, not an issue. They have furnished apartments that make it an easy transition for your move. Highly recommended!

My daughter started her first year at MSU and has really enjoyed living at the Element building. Her apartment is gorgeous and most importantly, it's quiet! I want her studying :) !! The building is also located right across the street from MSU which is a huge plus as she can bike to class. The management has done a great job of keeping the building clean and safe during COVID. I highly recommend this building.

My roommate and I are really loving our two bedroom / two bath apartment. The building is new and modern and the maintenance crew does a great job...the building is spotless. We have a great view of the campus, and it's sooooo close!! There's a full kitchen along with a washer and dryer, so we have everything we need!

Wonderfull place to live and the location couldn't be better, right across the street from MSU!! The units are clean, modern and stylish and the building is very well maintained. I couldn't ask for a better place to live :)
