I’ve been here for 15 months and just renewed for another 15. Here’s why:
• Awesome Management: Janice and Harley are fantastic! They respond quickly to any issues, making life so much easier.
• Quick Repairs: If you need something fixed, Johnny handles it within 24 hours. This week, Johnny repaired my HVAC (replaced capacitor, serviced refrigerant) within 2 hours of my service request. In my experience, that’s the normal.
• Fun Community Events: They host monthly events like taco nights, ...
mimosa brunches, build your own charcuterie boards - which are a great way to meet neighbors and have fun. You cannot miss the Pool Party and the Christmas Party.
• Great Amenities: The courtyard pool is perfect for relaxing, and the grilling stations are always in good shape. You can “rent” the clubhouse for gatherings! (Read: Just don’t be a bad neighbor). Karen keeps the place immaculate.
• Prime Location: It’s just a short ride (or quicker scoot) to downtown. Walking distance to 21st street with great restaurants and shops. Harris Teeter within 5 minutes. Doumar’s milkshake is next door. Chick-fil-A across the street. Hangover fast food within (shameful) walking distance - but let’s be honest, door dash.
In short, it’s a great community with friendly people and a lot going on. You’d love it here!

I have been here 4 years and don’t plan on going anywhere! A great community who hosts many events. Janice and Harley are amazing in the rental office. They know you and your family by name and always greet you with a smile. I would recommend living here 10 out of 10!

This is the best apartment experience I have had so far. Everything has gone smoothly from the time I set up my appointment to tour the complex to the time of move in. I have been living here for about 7 months now, and I love it. It is always clean. Maintenance requests are handled almost immediately. And the staff treat my dogs like family!

I lived here for six years! The difference between this apartment & in the several others I've lived in is in the management, maintenance, & cleaners. First, Janice & Harley in the front office: besides being fun to talk to (and I'm antisocial), they are protective of patients' rights, safety, and contentedness. They throw a lot of parties (if you're into that thing, or are lonely & want to meet people) and have little contests throughout the year. As for Johnny: that dude is amazing. Not only ...
does my cat love him, but I never had to wait more than a day for him to fix anything! Super nice guy. As for the cleaning folks, they clean the stairs and hallways every single day, so it always smells good.
They are *all* quick to take care of any issues. If I didn't move out of state I probably could have lived here forever. If you like peace of mind, I highly recommend living here. Thanks for everything guys.

We love living here already. We’ve only recently moved in, but we feel seen and heard by our management more than any other apartment we’ve lived in. Our quality of life has increased exponentially!

We were pleasantly surprised to find our patio freshly power-washed in preparation for summer — a thoughtful touch that really stood out.
