Lack of communication from management and maintenance person. I have done what I needed to as a renter via reporting things directly to management and the resident portal and still have not received the help needed even a week later.

I have found the current property manager and maintenance responsive and helpful, the building itself is nice and the apartment has no serious problems. Occasionally there are problems with some of the machines in the laundry facilities, or a fumigator must be called, but those being the only problems I have had after a year make this one of the better buildings in the area for the price.
