Apartments are so old we can hear our downstairs neighbors, and the nextdoor neighbors music/conversations. Our downstairs neighbors would complain so much of my 1 and 3 year old making to much noise but in reality the floor was paper thin we could even hear their constant arguments, doors slamming, high music and not to mention they would smoke weed and the smell would take over all of my living room and kitchen. We mentioned that to manager but no action was taken to help with the situation. ...
Not a safe environment for toddler and kids in general. Apartments are infested with roaches as well.

Great apartments

Owners have spent a lot of money upgrading the units, new paint on the exterior, new heating and AC, and much more. They are very responsive to tenants needs, or repairs. The apartments are located on the south end of town near Save Mart SC, great views of the hills, and a bike trail. Very safe, and quiet.
