Great Team, Great Complex, Love My New Home
May 12, 2021While I've only lived here for four months, it's been a great four months! George and Lisa in the office have been so helpful and have helped quickly resolve a few issues I have had while living here. It was such an easy leasing process and move-in was a breeze. The unit itself was immaculate when I moved in and I feel so comfortable and safe in my new apartment home. The community itself is clean, safe, and secure! I especially love that the community has a dog park which is super convenient as ...a dog owner. Although I've had a couple of minor maintenance issues since I moved in, the maintenance team helped resolved the issue on the same day I submitted a service request. I can't speak highly enough about the maintenance/service team! I've lived in several different complexes in the Northern Virginia area over the last seven years, and this is by far the best place I have lived!Property Manager Responded

Second, if you’re looking for longer term residence, I would highly consider this, because all your preferred amenities are within the premises, so there isn’t any hassle on that end. December 8, 2020I recently moved to The Elms at Oakton during the pandemic. The office team was great and answered all the questions I had. I placed a service request in the morning and it was completed the same day. I am very impressed with their customer service.
