Great maintenance timing and staff, great front office staff and events, VERY high rent and many 'extra' fees (especially for a city with no metro station and far from DC), no updated security or electronic locks or updated features for the higher rent as seen in other places.
No open area dog park (residents will berate you if your dog is off leash)
Overall it's a decent place to live (been here for 3 years), but with the increasing rent and additional fees every year, it's gotten very hard to ...
live here and is not worth it anymore IMO.

The ENCLAVE at Potomac club is a very nice place to live. It is located within a well-maintained gated community. The management staff is outstanding. The maintenance staff is absolutely amazing! It is located near Potomac Mills Mall, Stonebridge, and Roses gaming resort.

I recently moved out of Enclave, but to anyone looking for a great community look no further. The staff is great, amenities are great and the prime location is top notch. Enclave was a great home!

I love living here. The apartment is so cute, cozy, and full of charm. The community is great, and the vibe is just perfect. A huge shoutout to Amber, Chris, and Eddy — they are truly amazing!
