Roaches, Car break Ins, and rude management

My car was broken into twice while living there for 8 months. Homeless people living around property and sleeping on the benches outside your patio. Also, when the property was recently purchased they got new management. They are very rude and condescending. I tried to speak with them about a ledger and was immediately met with bad attitudes. March 5, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI lived at The Fairmount of 5 years. When I moved out I had one screw hole in the wall where'd hung a mirror. Upon moveout I left the apartment in great shape but was charge ridiculous fees. When I called they told me I was responsible to hiring someone to repair the one screw hold from a mirror as well as replacing the carpet. The unit was left in great shape but they said there was no allowance for normal wear and tear. Be prepared for unreasonable charges and rude management. This all ...accompanied by a complex that struggles to maintain working elevators (they are broken several times a month), trash piles by the trash chutes, and broken parking garage gates weekly. This time, the office is closed on the same day that the keys expire, so there is no one on site to help until tomorrow. Moving in was a seamless process and the staff were available to assist with any questions I had about the property (like where to have furniture delivered or where to park moving trucks) or area. Maintenance staff has also been really helpful and made moving in an even better experience, all of my service requests are completed quickly. Although I haven’t used the pool or common areas much, I’ve seen the custodial staff cleaning these areas ...regularly and keeping everything in order.
