Was a great place to call home!
April 10, 2025My wife and our two kids, have lived at Fairpointe at Gulf Breeze for the past three years, and it’s been a great experience. We’re moving out now because we just bought a house, but this place has really felt like home. One of the big reasons we chose it was the top-rated school district, and it’s been awesome for our kids. The complex is well-kept, the staff has always been helpful and easy to work with, and the community has a good vibe. Best spot for the beach and close to base!
April 10, 2025My boyfriend and I are so happy we found Fairpointe at Gulf Breeze. The location couldn’t be better, he’s at NAS Pensacola and I’m at Hurlburt, so being right in the middle of both of our commutes makes life so much easier for both of us. Gulf Breeze has such a calm, welcoming vibe, and living so close to the beaches is a huge plus. It’s quiet, convenient, and honestly the perfect middle ground for us! Close to Beach, Responsive Maintenance and Management
July 30, 2024I recently moved into The Fairpointe, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The homes have stainless-steal finishes and plenty of natural light. The management team is friendly and responsive, always quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests. Great Place and Staff
July 19, 2024I called because I am moving from out of state and saw their ad on apartments.com. I originally thought I wanted to live in Pensacola, but opted to look outside the city too and I just knew I wanted to be near the beach. After talking to Ari at the office she filled me in on the area and explained that it’s actually closer to the beach than the other complex I had been looking at in Pensacola. I set up a tour, still debating exactly where I wanted to live, but I have never felt more at home than ...when I toured at Fairpointe. I met Ari but ended up touring with Cassidy who is so sweet and funny, her southern charm and hospitality was amazing. Everything was exactly like the pictures if not better! I still have a couple months until I move but I am so excited to move in and set some roots here. Oh and I also really like how close it is to the golf course. -SarahProperty Manager Responded

Worst apartment experience
August 25, 2022This apartment complex is overpriced and not worth the money. I lived in a college town apartment with a front office run by college students that was better run than this one. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything and the A/C barely works to the point where a resident had to buy a window A/C unit just to keep cool during the summer. Office staff can be incredibly dismissive of complaints and will slap a lease violation against you without investigating any claims made by other tenants. Find a ...different apartment in Gulf Breeze or look in Pensacola or Navarre or rent a house. Not worth it. Also, it took them at least 5 months to repair a broken gate in the dog park that was rusty and dangerous towards the dogs after numerous complaints. A fence that could’ve easily been repaired with very little effort and $20 at Lowes.Property Manager Responded
