My neighbors are friendly and I feel like I live in a community not just an apartment building made up of strangers. The staff is great! They are friendly and responsive and I enjoy my interactions with them. You can tell that they really care about the neighborhood.

Great location, great neighbors, well-kept grounds. A new manager took over several months ago, always a little scary to residents, but she's been really sweet and helpful, very professional which has been a problem with other staff. I'm close with my neighbors and they agree she's been a much needed addition here. Really just a nice, cozy place to live, 5 stars.

If you choose to reside at Fairways at Birkdale it's probably one of the best decisions you'll ever make about your style of living. It's a cross between Smallville America and Metro Living at it's best. You couldn't ask for a better location. Fairways at Birkdale has something for everyone this includes the young, old, and even pets. You'll love it!!!!
