Great place to live!
March 29, 2024I've been living at the Fairways at Edinbrook for almost four months and I LOVE it! I love everything about my new home. My apartment is spacious, very comfortable and quiet. I have met some very nice neighbors too. The grounds are absolutely beautiful being right on the golf course! There are endless walking paths right out the front door! The staff is amazing! Kwon and Tony,, in the office, are so helpful and friendly. It wonderful to not have to worry about things when they break. Great management, problem tenants
July 5, 2018This is a very attractive, updated complex. Management available 7 days a week, very helpful, friendly, professional. I had a couple minor maintenance issues and they were addressed immediately. The apartment was almost perfectly clean when I moved in. Grounds are very nice, being next to a golf course and with a bike path right nearby. Easy to go biking, walk dogs, etc. Nice areas in the back of the building for grilling, sitting outside. Every apt has a balcony or patio. I have had ...almost no noise issues, very peaceful. Probably helps being on the top floor. The management does a great job of communicating any issues and announcements/events. When there are unavoidable inconveniences due to maintenance needs, they let us know well in advance and provide reminders and updates. It is a diverse tenant population with lots of young people and kids. A downside is the careless behavior of some of the residents, who think it is acceptable to leave trash everywhere--especially the stairwells and parking lot. The management has politely pleaded with people to act responsibly but the behaviors continue. Those of us who don't throw our trash around have to live with the mess. I wish management would have staff clean more frequently, but that might drive up rent. Some children are allowed to run unsupervised, making themselves annoying and to the point of being in danger (like a young child running the treadmill full speed and jumping on and off). Also there is sometimes the stench of pot in the hallways. Again, the management has sent reminders to stop such behavior but some residents don't respond to common sense/courtesy. April 4, 2017I find apartments for short-term leases for our company to utilize while working on projects out of town. The reps at Weidner, spec at Fairway Apts at Edinburgh, are AWESOME!! Super easy to work with, & VERY COMPETITIVE pricing. Garrett, Jake & Sarah are wonderful, and very good at their jobs...After 20 years in customer service, it is nice to find people who still take pride in their work.
