After living at over 10 different apartment properties, I can honesty say The Falls at Brookhaven is one of the BEST. The communication between residents, staff, and maintenance is always fast, efficient, and clear. You never have to wonder what's going on when you need something. The managers are really nice and always sharing cool events and happenings, both on a calendar and online. It's always quiet, and neighbors are never rolling in with loud music or yelling, even outdoors. This is an ...

3 bedroom 2 bath apt

The apartment complex location is great, very close to shopping, restaurants and I35. The apt has a lot of storage and very new appliances in the kitchen. Management is wonderful, very helpful and always available. They even have trash pick up three days a week, just leave the bags on your porch. The pool is large and well maintained. It is very pet friendly, with two fenced in dog areas the rest of grounds are kept very clean.
