Nice but Uninvolved
August 17, 2016The units are very spacious and well priced, and for the most part I've enjoyed living here so far. However, the management is pretty hands off...maybe too hands off. There's no way to receive large packages because there isn't an office on location. My unit was advertised with a washer/dryer, but when I came to tour/sign the lease, I was told the dryer doesn't work, and they don't plan on replacing it. Instead there are paid washer/dryers in the basement. When a small package was left in the ...lobby and it was stolen, an email went out to all residents that said "This has never happened before, management is no longer responsible for deliveries left in the lobby". There is also no outdoor space, despite what it says above. There is also no assigned parking, but there is parking across the street that you can rent from the Allentown Parking Authority. Cats & Dogs allowed without an additional fee which is great!Property Manager Responded
