January 26, 2026Lived here for a few years, the staff is lovely but the apartment building has slowly been going downhill over the years. Many new neighbors have no respect for themselves and the shared spaces, trash and random stuff everywhere and the staff can't keep up.Review from Apartments.com

January 21, 2026Great neighborhood, there are a lot of great restaurants around the area. Bus stops are close by and convenient to get to downtown. Grocery stores are walking distance. I wish the back gate is open daily so people can go to Steiner St easily!Property Manager Responded

January 7, 2026Just pay $250 per month for parking fees, and have your vehicle stolen. $250 per month for safe and secure parking? My car was stolen and many other vehicles were vandalized. Just don’t park your vehicle in the Fillmore Center Parking Garage. After paying about $4,000 in parking fees, be prepared to have your car stolen and/or vandalized. With technology today, you’d expect the Fillmore Center to at least do something. January 3, 2026I Love it here. Everything is convenient and easy to get to. The maintenance staff are the best, repairs and updates are done in a timely manner. Everyone is helpful and friendly. I feel at home here. Relaxed and at peace. My view is awesome I can sit in my big chair and enjoy the view. I can’t wait until spring/summer and I can enjoy sitting on my balcony.
