    Been living here for 4 years. Close with a lot of stores and park. I also like that we get discount from the SF Fitness. It get loud very loud in the weekend and Friday night but other than that it’s very chill outside.

    Think the staff is nice enough. Bug infestation left my kitchen unusable for 3 months. Issued is solved now…but it took 3 months. When I mentioned rent adjustment for the lack of a useable kitchen- response was crickets chirping.

    Pretty nice apartment, great view, and good location! However, T1 is located in a loud area, so if you like peace and quiet, this is not for you. Resident services and maintenance are subpar as well. As an added bonus, my car was broken into and almost stolen from the locked parking garage.

    I love living so close to so many restaurants and entertainment! It's not the most quiet area but it is a busy city. This apartment community is constantly rewarding their tenants with gifts or food and rewards. They make it easier to live by having many programs that help residents with their budgets and earn rewards toward needs.

    Maintenance is generally responsive and does a good job addressing issues. However, security could be stronger—unwanted visitors often enter the building and steal packages. The elevators are consistently unpleasant, with frequent issues of trash and even human waste, which makes them difficult to use. Overall, the neighborhood itself feels average—not the worst, but certainly not the best.

    I hate the new work order app. I love the building, location, grounds, pet friendliness, wonderful maintenance staff. I hate the new work order app, am indifferent about Fetch especially since we now pay for it, hate the annual rent increases (wish they went to the staff...)

    Apartment had scratches on the window sills and floor. Building is very old, smells very old. People smoke here (even though it's not allowed) and you smell it sometimes. Also some random smells near the laundry room. Other buildings are renovated and brand new, but T3 is not for some reason. Leasing office does not answer calls and barely responds to emails. Very hard to work with them

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. Why does the Fillmore Center bother to have an email address or phone number when they clearly don't want their tenants to contact them? I have been trying to get in touch with the Fillmore Center for over a year regarding incorrect charges and unpaid balances on my account. The vast majority of my emails and phone calls have been ignored. When they do bother to respond, I'm told that "someone's working on it, and the matter will be resolved shortly". And then ...
    months go by with nothing. Now they have the audacity to send me an eviction notice when it's their own continual incompetence and indifference that has created this situation.
