Parking on the street can be a bit of a challenge on weekend evenings, as all spots fill up very quickly. The walls are also a little thin, so I occasionally hear footsteps from upstairs, but it's generally a quiet building. The biggest advantage is the location, amazing restaurants, cafes, parks and easy access to so much of San Francisco. The apartments and community have a lot of potential but the experience does t always match what you hope for. Improvements around building upkeep, cleanliness of common area and more consistent communication with residents would make a big difference. If something is not done to your satisfaction, just let them know and they will come back and take care of it again. As for pest control if you’re still seeing the pests, continue with the treatment try to locate the area, but it’s best to do the entire place and you will succeed at eradicating them.
