About The Finn Lofts
The Finn Lofts building was built in the 1920s to be a broom factory before John Finn, the building’s namesake, purchased it in 1971. Finn is known among the Wichita art community because, at one time, he owned 6 buildings on Commerce Street and carried the notes for artists so they could lease-to-own the warehouses. Finn was instrumental in creating the Commerce Arts District, a place where many artists work and play today. The Finn Lofts are a great place if you are looking for safe and secure downtown living. Close to downtown shopping, dining, and walking distance to Intrust Bank Arena. The building has a keypad entry. All of the unit's kitchens feature beautiful contemporary Russian Baltic birch cabinetry, washer and dryers are included in the unit, as well as being pet friendly.

Love The Finn
August 19, 2015The Finn Loft is my favorite place to live in Wichita. It's in the middle of a creative arts district with great activities but at the sane time it is quiet and separated from the noise of some parts of the inner city. The best part for me is the joy of my view--trees and prairies grass. The country in the heart of the city.Review from Apartments.com
