Best decision
December 17, 2025Relocating is so stressful and just an awful experience all around. When the time came to choose a landing place, The Fitzgerald was on top of my list. Of all the properties I decided to view this was by far the most impressive. I loved that it was close to a Starbucks, CVS, barbershop, dry cleaning and just all around a walk-able location. Such a plus for someone like me. The team at The Fitzgerald have been so helpful and friendly. The property itself is so clean, and well run!! Enjoying The Fitzgerald
April 26, 2025We have lived at The Fitzgerald for approx 1 mth now. Hisham made our move-in seamless, from orientation, to recommending movers, to the moving in process. All members of the team are hospitable and we received a thoughtful welcome gift gesture on arrival. During the first 2wks our refrigerator was not cooling/freezing effectively, maintenance was notified and promptly addressed the issue by providing us with a replacement refrigerator which works. Our apartment is clean and well maintained, and ...this is also reflected within the building premises The apartments are very quiet and the residents are mindful. The parking garage has a secure electronic gate that works well. We have lived in many apartment buildings around the globe and within the USA and are currently happy to call The Fitzgerald home.Property Manager Responded

Ideal spot
April 5, 2025I’m glad I ended up at the Fitzgerald as it stands out to me as the best spot in this area of Tampa to live. Love The Fitzgerald!!

The management/leasing team is wonderful; very friendly and attentive to residents’ needs. The property has great amenities and is in a fantastic, convenient location. Excellent location & community!
March 26, 2025The apartments are spacious, well maintained and beautiful and we enjoy the great amenities available in the shared spaces as well, including a salt water pool, cabanas/chairs and an upstairs common room. Management staff is friendly, quick to respond to service requests and emails, and the resident portal is easy to use. It's in a great location, walkable to lots of restaurants & downtown. December 27, 2024The Fitzgerald staff made the entire process a breeze starting from the tour up until the move in and the customer service is phenomenal. The pool area gives off a resort style atmosphere and the place is absolutely gorgeous at night. Plenty of lounge chairs/cabanas to go around.
