Just a heads up, I’ve been living in this place for 18mo, my apartment got flooded 7 times since, they never done anything thorough that time, last flooding was yesterday 11/7, the maintenance guy refused to come and take care of the issue unless I was home, when I called the office EMILY the manager told me they don’t have a key to enter, I said I understand and asked her to get a lock box for me to drop my key so they can make a copy, she said I will not buy a lock box “you need to come during ...
service hours” but I work 7-6 and have no ability to be there during your time, she said “well take off work”…. So again I am left to clean the sewer from my floor, all this going on even though she knows I have funguses growing in my carpet from past flooding and minimal work to fix the issue…. Definitely don’t care about the teanents… add to that that there are drug dealers living in the complex. Do yourself a favor and don’t move here…

Never had the chance to move into the property. Everything seemed fine at first the the office told us there would be a unit we could move into but that never happened. Never received an email that explained why and no one would respond back to me. Don't rely on this management team because there is no guarantee that they will save a place for you or even respond. I am extremely unhappy with how unprofessional this whole process was in the end.

I have arrived to come look at the apartments and they look horrible in real life! I didn’t even get out the car. Drove around just to see if it was just the front that looked a mess but it was the whole complex! Employees were super nice, just not the buildings!

I love this property it's clean, quiet and a very beautiful complex. The staff is great and I love my apartment. I didn't think I would since I never lived in an apartment coming home to this little piece of heaven everyday is a dream come true!!! great place for season adults. So quiet I forget there are children in this complex and I love that. Come by and check us out.

I have a lived here since the day the week they opened. The new staff are just the cat's pajamas! All the neighbors have been talking , as we always do ;) and everyone here is so happy with the new staff! They managed to find 3 powerhouse woman to run the office and let me tell you the difference it makes!
When I need a question answered or if I am putting in a service request the staff just jumps at the chance to help me. It's like they are doing it for themselves!
I think I'll be staying ...
here another 30 years if I can!

This is one of the BEST properties I have lived at!!! The office staff cares so much for it's residents! They always take the time to listen to my concerns and help in everyway they can!! Bending over backwards is an understatement!!!!!! I love their maintenance man, Thomas !! He does the job right the first time and is such a great guy! I trust him in my apartment when I'm not home. He gets the job done quickly and correctly.

I have no idea what is was like before, but, I know what its like now!! I don't know who put this team together but BRAVO!!! You got it right!!!!
The property is beautiful! They have really large open green areas , a pool, tennis court, playgrounds, fitness center, and nature everywhere! I sit on my deck a lot and almost every night I can see deer playing around the woods. I have finally found a HOME! Thank you and keep up the good work!

If you like to shower with freezing cold water then 3 seconds later with boiling hot water, this is your place! A 10 minute shower shouldn't become 30 minutes because you spent 20 of those adjusting the water temperature, and even then it continues to change regardless. I have addressed this issue in 4 different occasions, 2 years ago when we first moved in, 1 year ago, 6 months ago, and about 1 month ago while we were in the process of signing the new lease. I last spoke with assistant manager ...
Rachel. I figured the new administration would actually do something about it. By the way, I have not received a call regarding this issue, nor has a technician stoped by to inspect. This is not a budget place but you do get budget customer service.
On a side note, be prepared to not know how much you're paying for rent until it is actually time to pay. They have a new system that they now allocate the water expense to all the same sizes appartments, so your rent can vary by as much as $50. Even though this has been in place only since March, that's what I was told by a guy in the office. By the way, the date you're supposed to have the letter stating how much you're actually paying is expected to be delivered by the first of the month... The sames day rent comes due. In my opinion (and many others'), very poor system.

If you are looking for a friendly, nice apartment complex, this is the place! It was my first apartment and the people at the office are so sweet and care sincerely about you. The prices are great! I finally found a beautiful apartment that I can afford! Added bonus the staff is amazing! I'm so excited to spend the summer here with my friends! There's a pool, soccer field, playground, fitness center and they always have something fun for their events that they do for the residents! Summer is going to be awesome here!!!!!
